We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, occasionally there may be delays and some are out of our control. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email confirmation so you can stalk your postman.

 All products are packaged with care, but if for some reason it is damaged in transit please contact Australia Post and submit a claim. Alternatively please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to resolve it for you.

For health reasons we cannot offer a return for change of mind, if you are unhappy with the product please contact us at info@thunderboltbalms.com and we will be happy to replace the item or reimburse you.
